Why attend Timon?
Bishop Timon – St. Jude High School strives to develop the total person: academically, spiritually and physically. We are committed to assisting each student reach his full potential. Students are encouraged to grow spiritually, socially, and academically to further their goals in life. Our committed teachers and staff provide a well rounded atmosphere for each student. Timon offers an environment conducive to learning, while enabling teachers personally to know each student. The success of our students goes beyond the classroom, as we provide a variety of clubs and extracurricular activities, including sports at the Junior Varsity and Varsity level.
A day in the life
A typical day in the life of a Timon student is a very full but also very rewarding. For some students the day begins as early 7:15 am with breakfast in the school cafeteria. Then it’s onto homeroom at 8:00 followed by the first class at 8:12. Class periods are 41 minutes, with the day ending at 2:34 PM.
Timon offers core subject in Mathematics, Social Studies, English and Science. Students can also participate in a wide range of elective classes, such as Mandarin Chinese, Chorus and Band, Criminal Justice, Public Speaking, and so much more!

The Bishop Timon – St. Jude High School community is always eager to have you take a closer look and spend some time with us! An individualized tour for you and your family are available and can be scheduled through the Admissions Office. We highly encourage young men in the 8th grade to consider spending the day at Timon through our shadow program from October through January.
